Supplement

12-week consultation period.

A deep dive into selected areas of your choice—whether they be merchandising strategy, assortment strategy, team building, or any other areas you’re concerned with. 

This service includes store tours, creative thinking exercises, and refresh and rejuvenation activities. 

This selection provides a roadmap, 10 video calls, and virtual support. Additionally, this service includes coaching, guidance, and client implementation accountability.

Infusion

6-month consultation period.

A comprehensive review of your retail strategy, products, people, presentation.

This service includes store tours, creative thinking exercises, and refresh and rejuvenation activities. 

The Infusion option provides a roadmap, 12 video calls, and virtual support as well as coaching, guidance, and client implementation accountability.

About Me

My name is Catherine Mirenda and I serve as the driving force behind CMC Retail Strategies. A Vice President at JCPenney, former Group Vice President at Macy’s, and a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology where I still serve as an Adjunct Professor, it’s safe to say that I know a thing or two about the fashion and retail business.

More than anything, I understand how hard it can be for smaller retail companies to grow. It’s for this reason that I founded CMC Retail Strategies, a results-driven retail consulting firm that specializes in helping struggling and emerging businesses realize their potential and achieve the success they always hoped for.

By partnering with retail firms as a fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO), I apply my substantial expertise, experience, and insight to create custom-designed strategies that dramatically improve a retailer’s operational performance and profitability. 

From improving merchandise planning and optimizing financials to boosting e-commerce and in-store performance, I create retail solutions that generate outstanding results.
